Linguine with Red Cabbage


Tonight I made Linguine with Red Cabbage, from the March issue of Food and Wine. Although instead of linguine I made it with fusilli. I bought pre-shredded red cabbage and sheep's milk goat cheese at Trader Joe's. This is a keeper. We both loved it. Christian, however, refused to try it. One day he is going to be a phenomonal eater, I just know it!
