Happy Birthday, Christian!

Wow, what a day.  Christian started the day off with a 6:30 a.m. field trip to WGN.  Apparently they watched the weather broadcast and then headed to the Museum of Science and Industry.  We celebrated his birthday after school with presents and a special dinner.  We will never forget today, his 10th birthday, and also the day when Gia officially became the littlest DeAngelis!

  A sister!  What more could a boy want on his birthday?   Let's see:

Okay, Lord of the Rings.  That's cool.   He loves The Hobbit and this is next in line.

Umm...another book?  Aesop's Fables?  Can you tell he's getting a little worried?

Now this is more like it!  Legos!  At this point we told him Happy Birthday, hope you love everything, we love you.   But wait...is there one more?  Oh, yeah, we forgot one.  Ethan went and grabbed it.

Well, a picture tells a thousand words.  A totally unexpected surprise, Christian gets an iTouch.  Although we quickly renamed it the weTouch because although it is technically his, we all want one too and so he promises to share.   And then his favorite meal:
